Some nice people, who didn't have time to talk. Taken in Tallinn, of course.

Viru kael , Tallinn

"We like feminine clothes with a twist. It can be a small detail that makes the whole outfit look good. We also try to use some colour. Most of the Estonians wear only black, but it is way nicer to see some colour."

Viru str, Tallinn

"I am not feeling very well, so today I just want to feel comfortable. Well, this autumn/winter I am really into riding clothes and boots and I like brown colours. You can get awesome ideas from Estonian magazines, but also from foreign ones."

We have a rather similar style sense. We both prefer natural
and dark colours. Most of our clothes come from second hands
in Tallinn. At the moment I am trying to find some cool velvet
trousers (Kirke). We also shop in ordinary high- street shops,
because they offer the best basics like jeans and t-shirts.
Later on it is nice to mix them with more unique vintage pieces.
The most common mistake people make, is that they wear only
trendy clothes, but fashion is more about mixing different generations.

This season we really like oversized silk wraps that
can be used to experiment with new interesting shapes.
We like comfortable, but interesting clothes. I think
every woman wants to look pretty and to be seen. We are
no exceptions. We read most of the Estonian fashion magazines
and some foireign ones like Vogue and Elle. You can find amazing
ideas and very often they inspire us to go and buy something.
When we are in Estonia we shop at Mango and French Connection.

Heidi & Karin

Heidi:"My style is a bit of bohemian, while Karin is going after the rock chick. I like shopping in Pro:mod, which carries clothes in beautiful mixed colours. I hate bright and plain tones."
Karin: "I do not care , where I get my clothes, though a reasonable price is always a good thing. therefore I go to second hand shops, but also I shop at big sales in different department stores"

Heidy Purga is definitely the most stylish woman in Estonia.
I like her relaxed urban style. I get most of my clothes from
Zara and unfortunately this is very common among young Estonians.
Estonian fashion scene is underestimated. We have very many stylish people, talented designers and nice magazines.
